My client is a highly regarded, top 100 law firm currently searching for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, and refinancing of leasehold, freehold, and new-build properties, from onboarding to post-completion
  • Drafting and negotiating new leases, transfers, and assured shorthold tenancy agreements.
  • Acting for landlords and tenants on licenses to assign, rent deposit deeds, and licenses to alter.
  • Conducting due diligence, preparing title reports, drafting contract packs, and handling transaction-specific documentation.
  • Supervising junior members of team
The Ideal Candidate:
  • 3 years’ PQE plus
  • A strong academic background and training.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple matters under strict deadlines.
