- Ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements and providing risk management advice
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in residential property law
- Proven experience working with high-net-worth clients and managing complex property transactions
- Strong knowledge of the residential property market and conveyancing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a demanding caseload with meticulous attention to detail
- Client-focused with a commercial approach
