  • Proven experience in a variety of non-contentious property work, including building up your own caseload and developing a network of contacts and clients

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with existing clients and other professionals
  • A proactive approach to business development, with a keen interest in bringing in your own clients and contributing to the department's growth
  • Proficiency in using legal sector IT infrastructure systems and billing software
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years' post-qualification experience in residential property law
  • Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales
