My client is a well-established and forward-thinking law firm, looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their team.The RoleAs a Residential Property Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload of conveyancing matters, including:
  • Buying and selling freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and shared ownership.
  • Acting for lenders, investors, and developers.
  • Advising on lease extensions, deeds of variation, and enfranchisement.
You will work closely with clients, offering expert guidance and ensuring transactions are completed efficiently.The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Solicitor: Ideally 3 years’ PQE but would consider NQ plus
  • Experience: Proven track record in handling complex transactions and a diverse caseload.
