A prestigious, top ranked law firm in London, is seeking a talented Residential Real Estate associate/senior associate to join their dynamic team. As a Residential Real Estate Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, including investors, developers, and financial institutions, both in the UK and internationally.Key Highlights:

Preferred Requirements:
  • Act in relation to all residential conveyancing matters, including the sale, purchase, and refinancing of leasehold, freehold, and new build transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate new leases, transfers, and assured shorthold tenancy agreements.
  • Represent landlords and tenants in matters such as licenses to assign, rent deposit deeds, and licenses to alter.
  • Conduct due diligence, draft reports on title, and prepare contract packs and additional documents as required.
  • Assist partners on complex deals and supervise a paralegal in the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential real estate law.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
