This ranked UK law firm comprises over 200 specialist lawyers across 16 departments and three offices. The firm have a broad practice, spanning commercial and private clients, civil and criminal, contentious and advisory work. The practice has for many years been consistently recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chamber & Partners HNW. The Role:The successful candidate will manage a mix of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, including:

  • Advising insolvency practitioners on corporate and personal insolvency issues.
  • Representing clients in litigation matters such as misfeasance claims or fraudulent trading disputes.
  • Assisting directors and business owners with restructuring and turnaround strategies.
  • Advising creditors on enforcement and debt recovery processes.
  • Providing strategic advice on insolvency law and its application.

Candidate Profile:

  • A qualified Solicitor with 3+ PQE in insolvency law.
  • Proven experience handling both contentious and non-contentious insolvency cases.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on client care.
  • A commercial approach with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
