Themis Recruit are thrilled to share a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to join our clients rural property team, where you will work closely with the departments partner as an associate. You will manage your own caseload of mixed rural property matters, establishing yourself as an expert in this niche area of law. The work is varied, but predominately centres around buying, selling, and refinancing large country houses with land and farms, generally between £3m-£10m. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled property lawyer to progress their career.

Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor, ideally between 2-6 PQE, with prior experience dealing with high-value property transactions, including residential.
  • Previous experience dealing with rural property matters would be an advantage but is not essential; what is important is a genuine interest and desire to develop your skillset in this specialist area.
  • You will have experience in, or a keen interest to be involved in, marketing and business development activities.
