Sales Consultant (Legal) - Full Time, Permanent

Are you a driven and target-oriented professional looking to make a difference in the legal industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our client's team as they provide valuable legal services to clients.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct secure pre-booked appointments, either in-person or via telephone/Zoom, to take instructions for clients' Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney documents.-Upsell additional services where relevant, utilising your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients, ensuring their needs are met.-Follow procedures and maintain attention to detail while understanding legal concepts.-Maintain a professional appearance and represent our client in a positive manner.

Requirements:

-Working alternative weekends creating a 6 day week followed by 4 day week (Overall = 5 day week).-Professional appearance and neat handwriting.-Ability to sell and meet sales targets

-Own car and valid driving licence.-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with clients and colleagues.-Basic IT skills and access to decent home WIFI for telephone/Zoom appointments

Benefits:

-Competitive basic salary of £20,000 per annum.-Commission-based earnings, with average net revenue commission of 10%.-Generous additional incentive schemes, including £100 per self-generated appointment.-Full training provided through a comprehensive 3-3.5 week course.-Opportunity for career development and growth.-28 days of paid holiday, including bank holidays.-Mileage allowance of 40p per mile.-Fixed non-commissionable salary of £25,000 for the first few months to support building your commission pot.
