The practice is renowned for their legal expertise and deep industry insight across sectors such as real estate, media and technology, retail, and hospitality.The Real Estate Team:The firm's top-tier Real Estate team is one of the largest and best regarded in London. The 100+ strong teams focus on development, landlord and tenant, construction, and planning and environment. They help clients through asset management, banking and real estate finance (including Islamic finance), investment, and residential development sales. In addition, the team also advise on renewable energy matters, corporate real estate, and tax issues.The Role:The team are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Lawyer with a strong background in landlord and tenant matters to join them in London. You will be advising on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, investment transactions, portfolio asset management work and all other landlord and tenant work.You will be working with a wide variety of clients including, investors, occupiers, property companies, individuals, charities, as well as landed estates and family trusts.The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in commercial real estate law.
  • Extensive experience in landlord and tenant work, including leases, renewals, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of UK commercial property law, and a track record of advising clients on complex transactions.
