We are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Senior Associate in Financial Services to join a dynamic and growing legal team based in London. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established practice, supporting a wide range of clients including banks, payment service providers, e-money institutions, insurers, brokers, and cryptoasset firms. You will play a crucial role in providing expert regulatory and legal advice, while also contributing to the growth of the team and client base, both in the UK and internationally.

As a senior member of the team, you will take on a leadership role, delivering complex legal advice and working closely with key stakeholders to drive business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regulatory and legal advice to a diverse range of financial services clients.
  • Lead and manage your own caseload while offering support to junior members of the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by expanding the client base and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive experience in the financial services sector, either in private practice or in-house.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex legal advice in a clear, commercially practical manner.
  • Strong people management skills with experience leading teams.
  • Existing industry contacts that can support the growth of the practice.
  • Willingness to travel.
