We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Insolvency Litigator to join a thriving Commercial Disputes team within a well-regarded law firm. This opportunity is due to strategic growth and increasing client demand. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of complex insolvency matters and have the chance to develop their career within a growing insolvency team, working with clients across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a variety of insolvency-related matters independently, with supervision where needed, and assist partners on more complex cases.

- Engage in business development activities to build and maintain strong relationships with insolvency practitioners across the UK.

- Provide expert legal advice, ensuring awareness of relevant legislation, regulations, and case law.

- Work effectively under pressure, managing deadlines, and delivering innovative solutions to client challenges.

- Contribute to a collaborative team environment while maintaining a client-focused approach.

Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience handling contentious insolvency matters, ideally representing insolvency practitioners, creditors, and business owners.

- In-depth knowledge of insolvency legislation and recent case law developments.

- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Flexible approach with a strong focus on client service and relationship management.
