About the Senior Childcare Lawyerposition:

Sellick Partnership are excited to be recruiting a permanent Senior Childcare Lawyer to join our London Borough clients reputable legal team. Our client is seeking a qualified lawyer who has experience in Childcare Law, preferably from a local authority setting but they are open to applicants from private practice who want to transfer their skills. The role can be worked on a hybrid working basis, and the successful candidate will be expected to attend the office three times per week.

The successful Senior Childcare Lawyer will possess:

  • Strong experience in childcare law with the ability to hold a caseload of child protection cases, adoption law cases, matters relating to the Children Act 1989 and any other social care related issues that pertain to the Council
  • A can-do attitude and confidence to lead around 2 members of the team
  • Ability to anticipate problems and solve them accordingly
