We're seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Senior Corporate Associate to join a dynamic and growing Legal 500 corporate team in the heart of the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a close-knit team of 10 corporate lawyers, within a larger national practice, in their central, busy office.You'll be advising a diverse range of clients, from start-ups and spinouts to established companies and institutions, on a wide array of corporate matters. Your work will span across M&A, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, fundraising, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work. Many of your projects will have an international dimension, providing a truly global perspective.We’re on the lookout for someone with:

  • 4+ years PQE in a reputable corporate practice.
  • You can confidently handle transactions as the lead day-to-day fee earner, with the ability to work independently while also contributing to team efforts.
  • Strong experience in mergers and acquisitions is essential.
  • Familiarity with investment rounds and working with VC funds and backed businesses is a plus.
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills and are eager to mentor and support junior colleagues.
  • You’re enthusiastic about marketing and growing the practice.
  • An interest in the Technology and Life Sciences sectors would be beneficial.
