Description
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Structuring, negotiating, and managing transactions, taking responsibility for transaction documents including term sheets and other early-stage / long-form documentation.
- Providing general advisory support to the business for existing transactions, including ad hoc requests.
- Providing governance support with respect to transactions including ensuring legal risks are appropriately reported
- Working closely with internal stakeholders as needed to ensure a joined approach on transactions and commercial objectives.
- Managing external counsel, stakeholders, and any relevant third parties
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- 3+ PQE as a Corporate lawyer with strong M&A experience
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory and risk requirements
- The ability to travel into London 2 - 3 days per week
