Description

Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Structuring, negotiating, and managing transactions, taking responsibility for transaction documents including term sheets and other early-stage / long-form documentation.
  • Providing general advisory support to the business for existing transactions, including ad hoc requests.
  • Providing governance support with respect to transactions including ensuring legal risks are appropriately reported
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders as needed to ensure a joined approach on transactions and commercial objectives.
  • Managing external counsel, stakeholders, and any relevant third parties

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3+ PQE as a Corporate lawyer with strong M&A experience
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory and risk requirements
  • The ability to travel into London 2 - 3 days per week
