My client is looking for someone with extensive experience not only in handling private client matters but also in managing teams and delivering solutions-driven results.As part of a firm led by highly experienced Partners, the successful candidate will join a progressive and inclusive culture. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our Private Client Team and contribute to its ongoing success.Key Skills & Experience:The ideal candidate will have:
  • 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), managing a caseload independently.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Office 365, and experience with case management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
  • The ability to take initiative, work proactively, and manage a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong team collaboration skills and adaptability in a dynamic workplace.
  • STEP qualification desired. 
Key Responsibilities:As a leader within our team, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing a wide range of private client matters, including:
    • Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
    • Trusts and estate planning advice
    • Court of Protection applications
    • Probate applications and estate administration
    • Collaborating with our Dispute Resolution team on contentious probate cases
