- Handle trade mark and design portfolios for UK, EU, and international clients.
- Guide clients on brand clearance, protection, and maintenance.
- Manage and conduct Registry actions at the UK and EU IPOs, and oversee international disputes.
- Negotiate and draft coexistence and settlement agreements.
- Mentor and supervise trade mark paralegals and junior team members.
- A qualified solicitor or trade mark attorney with 6+ years’ experience in trade marks.
- A team player with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a genuine enthusiasm for IP law and brand management.
- A friendly, non-hierarchical environment where colleagues support each other without billing targets or competition for hours.
