Soft IP Disputes Associate

I am currently partnering with an international IP specialist law firm, who are renowned for their excellent work in the 'Soft IP' space. They are looking to recruit a Soft IP Disputes Solicitor into their successful London IP practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on exciting contentious / litigation Soft IP work, be one of the lead associates in the team and have a healthy work life balance. In this London based Soft IP Disputes Lawyer role you will be focusing the full suite of Soft IP work including Trademark, copyright and design rights. You will get involved in High Court, UKIPO and IPEC work. The IP Disputes work covers all areas of infringement, oppositions, dispute resolution, anti-counterfeiting, domain name disputes and more. You will work will household name brands from exciting sectors such as Luxury Goods, Retail, Food & beverage, Technology and more. What you'll need to success in this role is:* To be either England & Wales or Scotland qualified. * 1.5 - 4 PQE* High court experience / Soft IP litigation experience is required.
