Job Type: Permanent, full time Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office/2 days from home)Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + bonus
Our client, a leading legal practice, is looking for an experienced Fee Earning Solicitor to join their renowned Real Estate team! If you're a qualified solicitor with a passion for property law, this is your chance to take on a rewarding role where you'll manage high-profile real estate transactions and provide expert legal advice to clients.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a diverse caseload, from residential to commercial property matters
- Advise clients on all aspects of property law, including conveyancing, leasing, and development
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and sale agreements
- Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Build strong, lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional service
What You Need:
- A law degree and 3-5 years' PQE in Real Estate law
- Expertise in handling property transactions and a strong understanding of compliance
- Excellent client relationship skills and a proactive approach
