TRAINEE SOLICITOR ROLE FOR LEADING SHIPPING COMPANY

Are you a driven and detail-oriented legal professional with a passion for the shipping industry? Join a leading service provider for the shipping industry that is headquartered in Monaco and embark on a rewarding career journey! 

We are seeking a Trainee Solicitor to join our client’s Legal Team in the London Office, reporting directly to the Senior Legal Counsel. In this role, you will gain invaluable experience in:

  • Corporate matters and exposure to M&A projects
  • Assisting on a wide range of transactional shipping and ship finance matters
  • Assisting with all things related to commercial contracts
  • Supporting contentious shipping and litigation

The ideal candidate will have previous paralegal experience, a keen interest or background in the shipping industry, strong problem-solving skills and completed the LPC or SQE. You should be a team player with excellent attention to detail.

  • Annual Salary, contract and start date: £40k annual salary (2-year fixed-term contract), starting in January 2025.
  • Location: London near Victoria Station
