Our client, a leading London law firm, is looking to secure the support of an experienced structured finance Lawyer for an urgent assignment. The assignment is due to start immediately and is expected to run for a month.

The successful structured finance Lawyer can expect to work closely with two leading Partners in advising established and new FinTech lending platforms and funders and will be involved in:

  • Structuring, drafting and reviewing structured finance documentation, including debt issuances, warehouse line and private securitisations
  • Drafting standard term lending and security documentation for lending platforms
  • Structuring lending platforms from a regulatory and commercial perspective

Clients include UK and European lending platforms, credit funds and challenger banks.

Applicants are likely to possess upwards of 4 years' PQE in handling a full range of structured finance matters, gained from notable city or leading regional firms. Any exposure in advising clients across the FinTech sector would be beneficial, but is not a prerequisite. Applications from foreign qualified Lawyers (such as Australia or New Zealand, for example), who are based in London, are encouraged.

The team operates on a hybrid basis, with lawyers spending 3 days a week in the London office.
