Known for its excellence in delivering comprehensive legal services, the firm's London-based transactional team is offering a permanent remote position for a legal professional with significant transactional experience.

This role is aimed at individuals with two to three years of relevant experience. The position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of legal services on transactional matters, aligning with the high standards and client-focused culture of the firm.

The individual in this role will manage all aspects of matter delivery, from initiation through to completion, supporting the firm's practice groups with technical, strategic, and practical advice. They will lead the implementation of project plans, coordinate resources, and ensure adherence to quality and compliance procedures. Additionally, this person will collaborate closely with the Transactional Manager to address any resourcing or service-related issues while mentoring junior team members.

To excel, the ideal candidate will have a strong academic background (2:1 degree) and may be LPC or SQE qualified, or hold equivalent overseas qualifications. With a proven track record in transactional delivery and team leadership, they will combine robust business acumen with a deep understanding of the legal market. The ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional client service standards is key.
