Are you a Senior Project Manager used to supporting a large team to deliver on multiple projects? Are you experienced in project planning, road mapping, building visual story for stakeholders and risk mitigation?

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in managing a team's contribution to simultaneous projects and familiarity of transformation programmes.

About the Role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in driving growth through the optimisation of data and digital technology for a leading charity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust planning strategies for the Analytics and Reporting team, focusing on capacity management and prioritisation.
  • Manage annual and quarterly planning activities, ensuring the team's objectives align with long-term business goals.
  • Establish new ways of working, coordinating with key stakeholders to improve team efficiency and support the delivery of complex analytics and reporting projects.
  • Identify and address dependencies, risks, and challenges to enable smooth project rollouts.
  • Facilitate the planning and roll out of a programme of upskilling, ensuring the team is equipped to meet evolving business needs.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong project management experience (APM, Prince 2, Agile or similar).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to navigate and influence within complex organisational structures.
  • Experience in business process design and implementation, ideally within a marketing or fundraising context.
  • Familiarity with data and analytics teams and an understanding of business change management best practices.
  • Confident communicator who can present complex ideas clearly to a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management.
