A leading health-care charity based in London is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the successful delivery of transformation initiatives. This role will focus on ensuring best practices in change management are applied across projects and programmes while engaging key stakeholders effectively.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage change initiatives across the organisation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Support portfolio, programme, and project planning, ensuring best practice in budgetary control, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and benefits realisation.
  • Conduct quality impact assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Develop and implement communication and engagement strategies to ensure smooth adoption of change.
  • Produce high-quality reports and presentations tailored to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.

Profile

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in change management, ideally within the third sector or health-care/clinical environments.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio, programme, and project management methodologies.
  • Expertise in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realisation best practices.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and compelling reports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Offer

  • £400-£450 Per Day (Outside IR35)
