This is an exciting opportunity for a Change Manager to join the Transformation Office and contribute to the successful delivery of key strategic projects. Reporting to the Senior Change Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the University’s transformation efforts by providing change management expertise across various initiatives. You will work closely with the Senior Change Manager to support the delivery of effective transformation by increasing staff awareness and engagement, ensuring that change management plans are integrated into wider project and programme planning.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management plans, which will include impact assessments, sponsor roadmaps, resistance management, and communication strategies. You will provide guidance and coaching to sponsors throughout the change process, helping them navigate the different phases of change. You will also support the university in building a wider understanding and capability for change management by working with the Associate Director of Change Management and contributing to the university’s change community and Transformation Network.

The Change Management team plays a crucial role in the University’s transformation journey, providing consultancy, training, tools, and advice to staff across the institution. You will be a key part of ensuring that change management principles are embedded within the university’s culture and that strategic transformation initiatives are delivered successfully.
