Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Client Project Manager with a solid background in project management and data analytics. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day implementation of client projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timelines, and budget. Your expertise will drive impactful client transformations, facilitating the seamless integration and adoption of our cutting-edge data analytics solutions.

As Client Project Manager, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams (whilst reporting into the CT Director) and clients to establish project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. You'll aid in the creation and upkeep of project plans, timelines, and budgets while tracking progress and addressing any potential risks and challenges., along with helping to identify and implement mitigation strategies to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Skills & Experience:

  • Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years+ in client transformation, project management, consulting or related roles within the data analytics industry).
  • Strong understanding of data transformation and management concepts, methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrated management of successful client transformation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to maintain strong client relationships at various levels.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities, capable of explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and experience driving organisational change and user adoption of new technologies or processes.
  • Strong collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with problem solving abilities and a data-driven approach.
  • Results oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to clients and achieving project objectives.
