OD Lead

400 - 500 per day via Umbrella

My client has an exciting opportunity for a ODLead to join this world leading organisation. You will bring deep organisational development expertise, have a background in change management and transformational change, preferably in the digital space, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments. Combining strategic thinking with practical delivery, ensuring that the transformation is underpinned by robust OD principles and a user-focused approach.

Job Role

You will act as a critical bridge between stakeholders and the project team—capturing user needs, shaping solutions, and ensuring organisational readiness. With your expertise in change management, organisational development, and stakeholder engagement, you will help bring colleagues on the journey and ensure the new platform meets strategic goals while delivering an exceptional user experience.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven expertise in change management, with a strong focus on communications and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience leading organisational development diagnostics and process improvement initiatives.
  • Background in Organisational Development, ideally with a specialism in Learning and Talent.
  • Skilled at building relationships, especially with senior stakeholders, and navigating complex organisational environments.
  • Experience working in an agile project environment, with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership acumen and line management experience
