- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in executive support, project management, or similar roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining project management tools (e.g. Gantt charts)
