The purpose of this role is to ensure that our client has a robust plan and drive the execution of that plan incorporating underwriting, actuarial change management, technical delivery and service transition. Working with the underwriting, operations, actuarial, exposure management and other teams the successful candidate will be accountable for the successful delivery of the project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver the end-to-end implementation and integration of the new Ceded Reinsurance application pricing platform.* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.* Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architecture, data, IT, finance, actuarial and operations, to deliver:o Low level data architecture and designso End to end solution architecture* Plan for delivery of the designs* Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.* Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.* Facilitate regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.* Ensure compliance with our client's Change Management policies, industry standards, regulations, and best practices* Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure successful transition to operational teams.* Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.

The successful candidate must have:* Proven experience as a Project Manager, in the insurance industry* Proven experience of pricing platform implementations* Strong understanding of underwriting processes and the world of the pricing actuaries* Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.* Proficiency in project management tools and software delivery specifically managing Agile ways of working (devops)* Strong vendor management - working with multiple delivery approaches* Strong leadership and team management abilities.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

* Scrum and or PMP exposure/training* Hyperexponential (HX) experience and knowledge
