About the Role

As a senior-level consultant, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-impact solutions to leading Retail and FMCG businesses. From optimising supply chains to leading organizational transformations, your expertise will drive performance improvement and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute consulting projects focusing on:

o Operational Improvement and Transformation - Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

o Cost Reduction - Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.

o Change Management and Performance Improvement - Develop strategies to embed sustainable performance enhancements.

o Procurement and Supply Chain Optimization - Improve end-to-end procurement processes, supply chain resilience and strategic sourcing.

o Post-Merger Integration, Separation, and Carve-Out - Ensure seamless transitions during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

o Organizational Transformation - Design and implement new structures that align with business objectives.

o Target Operating Model Design and Implementation - Reimagine and deliver operating models that support strategic goals.

  • Work closely with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and design actionable solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, both internally and at client sites, to ensure project success.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

Key Skills and Experience

We are seeking candidates with a unique combination of skills and experience:

  • Retail/FMCG Expertise: Significant operational experience within the Retail or FMCG sectors, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Consulting Experience: Proven track record of delivering results-driven projects with a leading consulting firm.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to diagnose issues, interpret data, and design innovative solutions.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated success in leading teams and working effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
