Change Manager – Wealth Management, LondonA Change Lead / Change Manager is required by an international Wealth Management business based in London to join their existing Change Management team working on a portfolio of business-critical projects.The roleYou will be required to lead projects and workstreams, overseeing the planning, risk management, budgeting, timelines etc following agreed governance standards. Your responsibility will include Change Management activity for projects, including stakeholder impact, training, end user documentation, and communication planning.Working with business lines, technology teams, 3rd party suppliers and senior stakeholders, you must be good at building strong and lasting business relationships in a high-pressure environment.The business is going through a period of important transformation and it is essential that the successful candidate has experience of guiding an organisation through significant change, including business and technology migrations, platform implementations, operating model and organisational design, and product and service integration.Requirements
  • You must have experience of working within Wealth Management or Private Banking
  • Proven experience of delivering process, technology, and data change within a Financial Services environment
  • A thorough understanding of high-net-worth clients, services and products
