We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SuccessFactors Project Manager to assist with a critical migration recovery project. Our client, in the Higher Education sector, has a tight deadline for delivery and requires a seasoned consultant who can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the SuccessFactors migration recovery project in its entirety
- Engage and manage relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Handle budget management with precision to ensure the project remains within financial constraints.
- Apply deep technical knowledge of SuccessFactors to address and resolve migration challenges.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a SuccessFactors Project Manager, with extensive experience in managing complex migration projects.
- Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Strong budget management expertise, with a history of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth technical expertise with SuccessFactors, including hands-on experience with migration processes.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming project obstacles.
