Behaviour Mentor Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Behaviour Mentor to join a vibrant mainstream primary school in Tooting, SW17. This role is focused on supporting and mentoring pupils in Key Stage 2, helping to promote positive behaviour and engagement with learning.

Behaviour Mentor Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Key Stage 2 students who need behavioural support, helping them to manage and improve their behaviour.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual student needs.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to help improve their emotional well-being and academic engagement.
