The RoleAs a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting students who may need guidance in managing their behaviour, building positive relationships, and developing essential life skills. You will work closely with students, teachers, and families to ensure that every child has the tools to succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing one-to-one or small group mentoring to students to help them manage their behaviour and emotions.
  • Working with teachers to implement strategies that promote positive behaviour in the classroom.
  • Acting as a role model and encouraging students to develop self-confidence and resilience.
  • Supporting the school's pastoral and behaviour management teams.
  • Liaising with parents, carers, and external agencies where necessary.
