The Role - Behaviour Mentor
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with behavioural needs.
  • Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement behaviour intervention strategies.
  • Support students in developing social, emotional, and self-regulation skills.
  • Help to create a positive and structured learning environment.
  • Act as a role model and mentor, encouraging positive choices and resilience.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience working as a Behaviour Mentor, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
  • A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting young learners.
  • An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
