We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Mentor to join our inclusive and dynamic secondary school community in the heart of Tower Hamlets. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students, staff, and families to provide tailored academic, emotional, and behavioural support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build positive relationships with students to support their academic, personal, and social development

  • Identify and address barriers to learning through 1:1 mentoring and small group sessions

  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and pastoral teams to monitor and improve student engagement and attendance

  • Support the development of students' self-esteem, resilience, and motivation

  • Liaise with external agencies where appropriate to ensure holistic support
