The Role

In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our Learning Team and managing day-to-day administrative tasks. You’ll be involved in everything from data management to organising community events, making this a varied and exciting position.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Assist the Learning Team managers with various tasks, including setting up meetings, taking minutes, and producing documents.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for projects and activities.
- Manage course documentation, evaluations, and registrations.
- Handle promotional activities such as mail-outs, newsletters, and event coordination.
Financial Support:
- Process payments and assist with raising POs, liaising with Accounts, and handling credit card statements.
Project and Event Support:
- Help organise special events and after-school activities.
- Update service directories and assist with any relevant community outreach projects.
Other Duties:
- Attend training and meetings as needed.
- Ensure health and safety, safeguarding, and equality policies are adhered to.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.

The Person
We are looking for someone with:
- At least one year’s administrative experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A good understanding of IT, including MS Office
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion
- A proactive, adaptable attitude and a willingness to take initiative
