Behaviour Mentor - November Start in Hammersmith and FulhamLocation: Hammersmith and Fulham, LondonStart Date: November 2024Contract: Term-time only, until July 2025
We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for a secondary school in Hammersmith and Fulham, starting in November. You will support students with behavioural needs, providing guidance to keep them focused and offering social and emotional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one classroom support
- Promote positive behaviour throughout the school
- Manage low-level disruptions and maintain a productive learning environment
- Help students with self-regulation and manage behaviour incidents
- Supervise the isolation room and oversee detentions
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in behaviour mentoring or similar roles
- Strong communication skills and a firm but empathetic approach
- Familiarity with SIMS for logging student progress is beneficial
Position Details:
- Hours: 8:15 am - 4:15 pm, Monday to Friday
- Pay: £95-£105 per day, depending on experience
