- Job Title: Pastoral Manager
- Contract: Maternity Cover (Ends February 2026)
- Full/Part Time: Full Time
- Rate: Up to £140 per day (DOE)
- Hours: 8:30am - 4pm
- Provide support and guidance to students, promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
- Pastoral managers work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure students receive the necessary support.
- Monitor student attendance and implement strategies to improve engagement.
- Lead on behaviour management strategies, offering mentorship and interventions as required.
- Support safeguarding procedures, ensuring the well-being and safety of all students.
- Foster a supportive school environment that encourages student success both academically and personally.
- Hold valid RIGHT TO WORK in the UK
- Hold an Enhanced Child DBS on the update service
- Provide two professional references
