About the Role
As a Pastoral Manager, you will provide a full range of pastoral care to support our students' well-being and academic success. You will work in partnership with staff, parents, and external agencies to help students overcome social and emotional barriers to learning, ensuring they reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities, Ealing:
Deliver exceptional pastoral support to students across our school.
Build strong, positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and outside agencies.
Support students in overcoming challenges and fostering resilience.
Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment.
Play a pivotal role in upholding the school's mission and values.
What We're Looking For
A committed and empathetic practitioner with a passion for pastoral care.
Experience in supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and families.
The ability to remain calm and solution-focused in challenging situations.
A team player who is eager to contribute to the ongoing success of our school in Ealing.
