About the RoleAs a Pastoral Manager, you will provide a full range of pastoral care to support our students' well-being and academic success. You will work in partnership with staff, parents, and external agencies to help students overcome social and emotional barriers to learning, ensuring they reach their full potential. • Build strong, positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and outside agencies.

• Support students in overcoming challenges and fostering resilience.
