Are you a kind-hearted individual with the patience and creativity to be a successful Pastoral Officer based in Stratford?This position is to start immediately, must be available full time.

The Pastoral Officer will support the school to ensure each child progresses toward their goals. As a Pastoral Officer, you will be support children with mixed needs in a mainstream secondary school based in Stratford.

Suitable Candidates for this role will have any of the following experience:

  • Pastoral Officer / Behaviour Mentor experience
  • Experience In Pru's
  • Psychology graduates
  • Head of Year
  • Similar experience/transferable skill

Pastoral Officer will have and what we offer:

  • Strong understanding of the requirement to support pupils with additional needs
  • Experience supporting young people with SEN would be advantageous
