A Psychology Graduate is required for a Pastoral Support Assistant position in Kensington & Chelsea

A popular, supportive and innovative Secondary School, located in the heart of Kensington & Chelsea, are looking to appoint an ambitious, resilient, hard-working and compassionate Psychology Graduate to their team as a Pastoral Support Assistant. This role is contracted to start in September 2024 until July 2025 at the very earliest.

Psychology Graduate – Job Details:
  • Psychology Graduate Pastoral Assistant
  • Gorgeous Secondary School located in Kensington & Chelsea
  • Pay: £475.00-£525.00 per week, inclusive of holiday pay and paid on a weekly PAYE basis
  • Perfect opportunity for a Psychology Graduate pursuing a career in teaching and/or gaining experience for Clinical/Educational Psychology Courses
  • Supporting students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Downs Syndrome and other various Complex Needs
  • Opportunity to work closely with an Educational Psychologist and Speech and Language Therapist 
  • Training and CPD available for all staff
A supportive Secondary School are looking for someone who is well organised, has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, has strong administrative skills and who relishes the challenge of working with young people. This Psychology Graduate Pastoral Assistant role will involve working with students from all years and often with those young people who are most vulnerable and in need of support. This is a highly rewarding and challenging role. In their last OFSTED inspection, the school were graded as ‘Outstanding’ and regularly achieve fantastic results.
