Pastoral Support Assistant | Job Summary:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs
  • Assist in promoting emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour in the school environment
  • Work alongside the school’s pastoral and SEN teams to deliver effective support and interventions
  • Full-time position starting immediately through to the end of the academic year
  • Monday to Friday | 8:30am-3:30pm
  • £480–£520 per week, paid weekly on a PAYE basis
Pastoral Support Assistant | About You:
  • A graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree, ideally in Psychology or a related field
