Pastoral Support Assistant | Job Summary
- Full-time term time only Pastoral Support Assistant role | Long term contract until July 2025
- Role Paying £400-£500 per week | Paid weekly on PAYE basis
- First-Class or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK university
- Previous experience supporting children with SEND is essential
Pastoral Support Assistant | Job Role
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to children for students with varied SEN
- Assist with personal care tasks i.e. Toileting, ensuring dignity and comfort for all students
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the students, guaranteeing a safe environment for all children
- Help develop students’ social, emotional, and communication skills, building their confidence and independence.Â
- Collaborate with experienced SEND professionals, specialist teachers, and educational psychologists, gaining invaluable firsthand experience
