This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to provide high-quality pastoral support and guidance to a cohort of 270 students, ensuring their well-being and academic success.Key Responsibilities:

Provide pastoral care and support for students in the assigned year group.
Monitor the academic progress, behaviour, and overall welfare of the cohort.
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to address any issues impacting students' education and well-being.
Implement behaviour management strategies and promote a positive learning environment.
Organise year group activities, assemblies, and events to support students' social and emotional development.
Act as a key point of contact for students, parents, and staff, offering guidance and resolving concerns.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working in a pastoral role, ideally in a secondary school setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive, empathetic, and solution-focused approach.
