Currently, we are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our team on a significant healthcare project near King's Cross. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site teams, providing guidance and support in tape and jointing processes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise to maintain project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders regarding project status and any potential delays.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong understanding of drylining techniques and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid CSCS card and relevant certifications.
