Company Secretary - Insurance

I am looking for an experienced Company Secretary to join an Insurance (Commercial and Speciality lines) client of ours as they continue to grow their UK operations. The successful candidate will have extensive Cosec experience and have a strong understanding of the Insurance market. This is a really exciting position for the right candidate and a chance to make the role your own as this is their first permanent hire for a Company Secretary.

Skills / Experience

  • Experience working in the Insurance market (Essential).
  • Responsibility for all Board and Shareholder meeting processes.
  • Take ownership and maintenance of company registers.
  • Knowledge of UK Company law and FRS Corporate Governance Code
  • Work closely with the CEO, CRO and Chair(s) to co-ordinate, finalise and circulate Board agendas
