Established in the early 1900's, our client has anexciting opportunity has arisenfor a Conveyancing Legal Secretary for their office located on the East side of London.
This position will be based in the office,full time, Monday to Friday, in the residential conveyancing department.
Key duties to include:
- File opening
- Undertaking filing tasks and sorting through internal database.
- Liaising with key clients via email, telephone or in person.
- Experience in speaking with clients, estate agents and mortgage lenders
- Providing general administrative support to fee earners.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 years previous legal secretary experience in a conveyancing department.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word
- Strong IT skills for managing electronic documents
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients etc
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
- Strong communication skills when dealing with clients.
