We are currently working with a fantastic firm in North London who are looking to hire a Residential Property/Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join on a full-time permanent basis.
The role will be assisting Fee Earners within the department providing efficient secretarial and administrative support. This position is working Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm based in the office.
Typical duties would include:
- Using a digital dictation system to produce correspondence related to property transactions
- Maintaining accurate client files
- Managing post completion procedures.
- Undertaking Land Registry searches
- Responding to client enquiries
- Diary Management
The successful candidate:
- Previous Legal Secretary/Assistant experience with at least years experience within property.
- Strong secretarial and administrative skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills with experience using digital audio systems.
- Previous experience using Case Management Systems
