Document Production Specialist (6 Month FTC)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 14:00 (OR) 09:00 - 17:00

Salary: £40,000 to £55,000

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a Document Production Specialist to join one of our esteemed law firm clients on a 6-month contract. This is a newly created role due to growth and has the opportunity to go permanent! This role involves supporting the document management team to deliver top-notch, professional, accurate, and timely document production services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing documents
  • Converting documents
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Producing Excel data
  • Proofreading documents

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong initiative
  • Experience working in a law firm

The ideal candidate will be a team player, resilient, proactive, and highly motivated, capable of handling issues as they arise.
